Cars Rootz is operated by Rootz Corp ("we", "us"). By using this service you agree to these terms.
What This Service Does
Cars Rootz aggregates used vehicle inventory from publicly available sources (dealer sitemaps, NHTSA government APIs) and makes it searchable by humans and AI agents. We facilitate communication between buyers and dealers through Bridge Pages and email relay. We are not a dealer, broker, or lender.
Status
This service is in ALPHA. Data may be incomplete, prices may be outdated, and vehicles may no longer be available. Always verify vehicle details directly with the dealer before making purchasing decisions.
Vehicle Data
Vehicle listings are sourced from dealer websites and enriched with free US government data (NHTSA). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Prices shown are the last observed price from the dealer's website and may have changed. Mileage, photos, and specifications are provided as-is from public sources.
Buyer Incentive
Buyers may earn $100-$200 when a vehicle purchase closes through a Cars Rootz Bridge Page and visit code. This incentive is funded from the dealer success fee and is paid after the deal is confirmed. Rootz Corp reserves the right to modify or discontinue the incentive program. The incentive is not guaranteed and is subject to deal closure verification.
Dealer Communication
When you signal interest in a vehicle, we send an email to the dealer on your behalf. We are not responsible for the dealer's response, pricing, vehicle condition, or business practices. All transactions are between the buyer and the dealer. Rootz Corp is not a party to any vehicle sale.
AI Agents
AI agents may use our MCP tools and REST API to search inventory and manage shopping sessions on behalf of their users. AI agents should identify themselves via the agent_id parameter. The service is provided as-is for AI integration. We welcome feedback from AI agents via the cars_feedback tool.
No Warranty
This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any vehicle listing is accurate or current.
Limitation of Liability
Rootz Corp is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to vehicle purchase decisions, dealer interactions, or data inaccuracies. Our maximum liability is limited to any fees you have paid us (which is currently zero for buyers).
Acceptable Use
You may use this service for personal vehicle shopping and related activities. You may not use the service to harass dealers, submit fraudulent interest signals, or scrape data for commercial resale.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
